Set in Order:
- Arranging the codes/files/data/items etc. in specific sets based on the functionality. Setting a proper hierarchy and adding all objects related to the same functionality together according to the hierarchy.
Shine:
- Adding meaningful comments in codes/files so that anyone can easily understand the functionality. This also helps a new developer to easily debug issues or know where to make a change when required.
Standardize:
- Defining standard requirement gathering process and documentation so that there is no confusion on what business needs.
Sustain:
- Quarterly Change Management Audits to analyze deviations from standard process.
